📑 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to participate in any auction.

2. Account Registration

All users must register with accurate and verifiable personal details.
Registration and login are completed through OTP (One-Time Password) verification — no password creation is required

3. Entry Fees

• The entry fee for any auction is a one-time payment for one specific event.
• The entry fee is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-redeemable under any circumstances.
• The entry fee is not the price of the product; it is a participation charge collected by www.bidbaazigar.com for accessing the auction.

4. Bidding Rules

• All bids placed are final and legally binding.
• The highest bidder at the end of the auction time will be declared the winner.
• If a bidder misses the auction, the entry fee will not be refunded.
• Every bidder must place bids only through their registered user ID on www.bidbaazigar.com.

5. Winner & Payment Terms

• The highest bidder must complete the full payment of the highest bidding amount within 2 minutes if the total amount is less than ₹20,000. Payment must be made via UPI only. If the highest bidding amount is more than ₹20,000, the highest bidder must pay a 10% token amount within 2 minutes via UPI to confirm the win. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours via UPI or bank transfer to the official account provided by Bid Baazigar.
• If the highest bidder fails to make the required payment within the given time, Bid Baazigar reserves the right to cancel the highest bidder’s claim and offer the product to the second-highest bidder under the same payment terms. If the second-highest bidder also declines or fails to make the required payment, the auction will be rescheduled for the following month, as decided by Bid Baazigar. Delivery timelines depend on the delivery PIN code.
• The winner will receive the product within 7 working days from the date of full payment confirmation. All payments are to be made to the official Bid Baazigar account only. Bid Baazigar will not be responsible for payments made to any unofficial account or person.

6. Product Warranty & Conditions

• Bid Baazigar is a multivendor platform where different sellers offer their products. Product warranties are always determined by the manufacturer and the vendor, not by Bid Baazigar. From time to time, Bid Baazigar also launches special events where they offer phones purchased from vendors and sell them to the highest bidder. The warranty for these products also depends entirely on the store/vendor and the manufacturer.
• There will be no exchange, replacement, or color preference options available for any product won through bidding.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraudulent bidding, account sharing, or the use of automated software or bots is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of the user's account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bid Baazigar will not be responsible for any technical errors, network failures, or unforeseen delays beyond its control that may affect bidding or delivery.

9. Arbitration Clause

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the same shall be resolved through arbitration within 60 (sixty) days from the date of such dispute.

Bid Baazigar shall have the sole right to appoint the arbitrator, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The decision of the appointed arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the matter shall be resolved through arbitration within 60 (sixty) days from the date of the dispute. Bid Baazigar shall have the exclusive right to appoint the sole arbitrator, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction for all legal proceedings shall be Gurgaon (Haryana) only. The decision of the appointed arbitrator shall be final and binding on all partie

11. Technical Faults

In case of any technical fault, system error, server downtime, connectivity issue, or any unforeseen technical reason due to which the auction cannot be conducted on the scheduled date and time, Bid Baazigar shall not be held liable. Bid Baazigar reserves the right to reschedule and re-announce the new auction date and time at its sole discretion.

12. Updates to Terms

Bid Baazigar reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Event Tickets & Passes

Bid Baazigar understands and complies with all legal liabilities related to event ticketing. Bid Baazigar will not sell any event tickets or passes at a price higher than the original face value and will not engage in ticket scalping or unauthorized resale practices. Bid Baazigar is not responsible if an event is cancelled by the organizer or for any other reason

14. Compliance with Sale of Goods Act, 1930 (SOGA)

Bid Baazigar operates in full compliance with the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, ensuring transparency, fairness, and legality in all product listings, bidding processes, and transactions. All sales conducted through the Bid Baazigar platform are lawful under this act, and the platform is legally authorized to facilitate the sale and purchase of goods through auction-based transactions.
