  • Working days exclude Sundays and national holidays
  • Delivery timeline may vary based on your delivery pin code and product availability
  • In case of any delays, we will notify you via email or SMS

2. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to all major pin codes across India
  • Service availability may vary for remote locations
  • For pin code serviceability check, please contact our customer support
  • Additional delivery time may be required for tier-3 cities and rural areas

5. Delivery Charges

Free shipping is provided on all won products. No additional delivery charges will be applied to your order. The shipping costs are borne by Bid Baazigar.

6. Address Verification

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate during registration
  • We deliver only to the registered address provided during account creation
  • Address changes after winning an auction are not permitted
  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delivery delays or returns

7. Failed Deliveries

In case of failed delivery attempts due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient not available
  • Premises locked
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The product will be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Product Inspection

We recommend that you inspect the product at the time of delivery. Check for:

  • Product physical condition
  • Model and specifications matching your won product
  • Any visible damage during transit

9. Courier Partners

We partner with reputable courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and other leading logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
