🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All entry fees paid for participating in auctions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The entry fee is a participation charge for accessing the auction platform and is not considered as payment towards any product.

2. Entry Fee Non-Refundable

• Entry fees are one-time payments for specific auction events
• No refunds will be provided if you miss the auction, change your mind, or are unable to participate
• Entry fees are non-transferable to other auctions or users
• No exceptions will be made under any circumstances

3. Bid Cancellation

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn. All bids are final and legally binding. Participants are advised to bid carefully and responsibly.

4. Auction Cancellation by Bid Baazigar

In the rare event that Bid Baazigar needs to cancel an auction due to technical issues, fraudulent activities, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified immediately. In such cases:

• Entry fees will not be refunded
• Participants may be offered entry to a similar auction of equivalent value
• Bid Baazigar's decision in such matters will be final and binding

5. Winner Payment & Product Delivery

• Winning bids are final and cannot be cancelled
• Winners must complete payment within 3 hours of being declared
• No cancellations or refunds are allowed after payment confirmation
• Products will be delivered within 7 working days based on delivery pin code

6. Product Related Policies

• No exchanges, replacements, or color preferences for won products
• Products come with standard manufacturer's warranty where applicable
• Warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer
• Bid Baazigar is not responsible for manufacturer warranty issues

7. Technical Issues

Bid Baazigar shall not be liable for any technical glitches, network failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other technical problems that may affect your participation in auctions. No refunds will be provided due to technical issues on the participant's end.

8. User Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have:

• Stable internet connection during auctions
• Sufficient funds for entry fees and potential winning bids
• Accurate and updated contact information
• Understanding of all terms before participating
